Welcome to MinistryEngage. By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

MinistryEngage provides a web-based application designed to help churches manage volunteer schedules, coordinate ministries, and facilitate shift swapping. Our platform includes tools for automated rostering, member availability tracking, and event management.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use MinistryEngage, you must register for an account. Church administrators are responsible for the management of their tenant space, including the approval of new member sign-ups. We utilize secure, passwordless authentication (one-time codes/passkeys) to protect your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

MinistryEngage is a paid software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

Billing: Fees are billed automatically on a monthly basis based on your selected plan (Essentials or Premier).
No Hidden Costs: Email notifications and core features as described in your plan are included. There are no hidden fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

MinistryEngage is built to support your community. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the service for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

MinistryEngage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed volunteer shifts or scheduling miscommunications.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service occasionally. We will notify church administrators of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
